Coming in as our 10th favorite Matthew Perry Movie of all time is the coming of age classic Dance ‘Til Dawn – oh the nostalgia of watching these older movies from the 80’s and 90’…so much fun!
Dance ‘Til Dawn is a 1988 made-for-television movie that follows the exhilarating and eventful night of two high school seniors, Shelley Sheridan (played by Alyssa Milano) and her best friend, Natalie Sands (played by Christina Applegate). The girls decide to attend the senior prom despite their parents’ disapproval. Matthew Perry of course also stars in this film as Roger McSwain, a nerdy yet endearing classmate who secretly harbors feelings for Shelley.
As the night progresses, Shelley and Natalie find themselves caught up in a whirlwind of adventures, mishaps, and unexpected encounters. They encounter various characters, including a rebellious rock star (played by Chris Young) and a charming young man (played by Brian Bloom), who captures Shelley’s attention.
